Thank you for considering Aquability as your training facility.

We have the lowest Student:Instructor ratios in the country for your learning enjoyment and safety & therefore ask that you be considerate of our class bookings.

Course Fees: the balance of your course fees are due 7 days prior to the start date of the course.

Our training philosophy: we believe so strongly in our ability to train divers, that we will continue to train any student not completing the course at their first attempt, until they do pass, at no extra cost to the student (excluding boat costs). Therefore we do not give course refunds once the course has commenced. For all other conditions see our Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations notified 28 days or more prior to the course start date, we will provide a full refund. Please note if you have accessed the ELearning component and therefore can not return the pass code, the retail value of this can not be refunded.

For cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to course start date we will provide a 30% refund;

For cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to activity start date there will be no refund offered.

If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to any refund.

Times and locations are subject to weather & therefore may be changed at the last minute.

Bookings Policy
Minimum numbers are required for all courses. We will endeavour to meet our required minimum numbers, if however, we do not meet minimum numbers you will be offered a suitable alternative date.

If any course is cancelled for any reason including for safety reasons or unsuitable weather conditions, this will be at the discretion of the dive instructor. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible; you will be offered an alternative date.

It is a training requirement that all students complete and sign a Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement, RSTC Medical Statement, as well as a Standard Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding. Failure to complete these forms will result in you not being able to take part in any diving activities.
