Divers: Roger, Tim, Ben, Youri, Giullian, Des & Mark

Ideal diving conditions were what we were hoping for and that is exactly what we got. With a 7.45am departure, the sun was up, flat seas and 20metre viz. The Hygia can be a ver elusive  wreck and today proved to be no different. The paddle steamer sits very flat on the bottom and unless you can ping the paddle wheels it s almost impossible to find. The day for us was not totally wasted as we still had the opportunity to complete our course dive and therefor complete the course. as we had breakfast we all agreed that we would simply re book and have another crack at diving the wreck, some times the enjoyment from doing a dive is the degree of difficulty in doing the dive!
