Flinders Pier – Sunday 7th April 2019

Divers: Miriam, Russell, Joe, John, Christian, Bec, Andy, Robert, Maureen, Ian & Mark

It was one of those days where trying to read the wind was very difficult, as it turned out the forecast was way out and the 10-15 knots was in fact 25knots Northerlies. This made our decision on where to dive easy. We went to Flinders! So did every other diver in Melbourne, the viz was poor due to the low tide, however the tide was coming in and so the viz was improving. Otherwise the dive conditions were great, very flat & very calm. We all enjoyed the dive and didn’t let the low viz spoil our day. Just at the very end of our second dive we find a lonely Sea Dragon, it has made the whole dive worth while!!
