Coogee – Tuesday 27th December 2016

Divers: Simon, Ray, Scott, Lawrence, Frans Andrew & Mark

Finally the great diving weather is here! Warm but overcast, water temp is 18 degrees, seas flat and visibility is 20 plus metres. We could almost see the wreck from the surface, as we descended the shot the wreck soon came into view. We had descended on to the boilers so we decided we spend this dive at the bow of the ship, the guys with the cameras weren’t disappointed, as the Coogee makes for a fantastic subject when the viz is this good. Once we reach our planned bottom time its time to ascend, the slight current drifts us off the wreck as we complete our stops.
