Boarfish Reef & Lonsdale Arches – Saturday 12th January 2019

Divers: Pete, Ellie, Isobel, Tom, Adrian, Christian, Bec, Dale, Xavier and Mark

Even a 6.00am start doesn’t guarantee a car park in Portsea in January!! But the extra effort involved in parking was well worth it. Our first dive was Boarfish Reef, flat seas, water temp was 19 degrees, viz 15m plus and an amazing array of fish life. This was only to be out done by the Arches, heaps of swim throughs, overhangs and bommies. It’s dives like these that make it difficult to ascend when we should, we could have easily stayed another 30 minutes and it takes all of our self control to ascend when we should.
