We had an early start to the day, but it was well worth the effort of getting out of bed this morning. We were meet at the boat ramp with the most beautiful sunrise and flat seas. Although the viz at Sth Channel Fort was only about 5 metres the dive was still very good, the light current allowed us to swim around the jetty where the fish life was abundant. Our second dive was at Popes Eye, the viz here was at least 8-10m and the place was teaming with fish life, in particular, a huge Cuttlefish that took a shine to being patted. If even swam after us wanting more attention. The water temperature is still 17 degrees.
