Summer took a while to get here, but now that it is here the diving has been fantastic. Sunday was no exception, a nice sunny day, water was 21 degrees celsius and the viz was 6-8 metres. The giant Bull Rays are all about at Rye at the moment, with many divers reporting seeing as many as 5 at a time, we were lucky enough to see 2 and that was exciting. There are also some fish around at the moment that are not the regulars at Rye Pier, maybe a great opportunity for the photographers to get some thing a bit different. Anyone planning to dive at Rye will need to get there early though, as the car park was at capacity by 11.00am.
