Another early start, but of course, as always it well worth the effort. The ebbing tide against a south westerly had the swell up a bit as we passed through the Heads, our skipper Jonathan was well up to the task of safely negotiating the waves and we are soon through the swell and in to some very dive-able conditions. The shot line is aft of the conning tower, we swim towards the bow, there is an enormous amount of jelly fish and plankton in the water blocking a lot of our natural sunlight. Our dive time is up and we must start our ascent to the surface, we can feel the small jellies as they sting the skin of our exposed faces.
