What a way to start the day off, amazing conditions as awe stood on the pier waiting for the boat.

The unstable weather has made predicting dive conditions very difficult over the past few weeks & this weekend was no different. The start of the week had winds at 35 knots, each day this dropped slightly until finally we had 15 knot southerly’s. Fortunately the swell was under 2m & the times were at about 10 seconds plus, meaning we were able to get out for some boat dives. Of course both sites were surgy, as to expected with the swell, however, the viz was about 6 metres & we were just happy to be back on the boat & able to dive the sites we have missed so much lately.
