We were excited to get into the bay for our first open water dives. The air was a little chilly but the water was calm and the conditions couldn’t have been better. The anticipation built as we looked down from end of the pier and could see the bottom of our dive site through the crystal clear water.
We worked through all our skills and had plenty of time to explore the natural beauty hiding underneath Rye Pier enhanced by about 15 meters visibility.
There were lots of smiles and high-fives as we headed back to the car part to change and prepare for another two dives tomorrow.
