Mornington Pier - 18th Decmeber

We arrived at Mornington Pier last Saturday hoping that this site would be protected enough for us to get a dive in, but unfortunately when Mark & I inspected the site and saw the 1.5m-2.0m swell rolling in we decided it would be unsafe to dive in those conditions. We weren't about to play 'Survivor Diver' so we called the dive. Apologies to those who had planned to join us. We are lucky though, that in the 3 years that we have been running the shore diving, this is only the second time that we have had to call the dive on the day.

We won't be diving on the 25th December or the 1st January. The next dive will be a shore dive on the 8th January, followed by a boat dive on the15th January.

Best wishes to all for a fantastic Christmas and safe diving in 2011
