We had plan to dive at Rye Pier however on arriving found that it was rather rough so we decided to go to Blairgowrie Pier instead, the conditions there were far better. There was a bit of a current but the visibility was good somewhere between 5 to 8 metres, we saw a small banjo shark and rather large school of juvenile whiting as well as the resident globe fish.
