Tucked away on the northernmost tip of the island of Viti Levu, you'll find Volivoli Beach - one of Fiji's best kept secrets. This wonderfully relaxed beach resort is located in a truly unspoilt and spectacular corner of Fiji. With a perfect blend of white sandy beaches and coral reef, an exciting place for SCUBA Diving, a sunny climate year round, and friendly Fijian hospitality and culture, a beach holiday in Fiji doesn't get much better than this! Arguably one of the best locations in Fiji for a diving holiday, some of our most popular sites are the fascinating wrecks of the Papuan Explorer and the Ovalau. The Papuan Explorer, situated in 20 meters of water, is Fiji 's largest and most accessible wreck and is teaming with marine life. The Ovalau offers an exhilarating 55 meter dive into a roll-on roll-off car ferry which sunk on 23rd August 2003. Things liven up after dark at Volivoli Beach. Whatever your mood, you'll find something to do. There's a late-night party in the main bure, kava ceremonies and cultural dancing, or relax by a bonfire on the beach under the stars. And for those seeking a real thrill the 'Breathtaker' is a deep reef dive to see an incredible display of large fish, white tip, black tip, whalers and grey reef sharks. The powdery white sands of Volivoli Beach are the perfect place to kick back, unwind and enjoy total relaxation, choose a spot on the long white sand spit which marks the most northerly point of Viti Levu - simply lie back and gaze out at the clear water and our neighbouring islands and listen to the gentle lapping of the waves. |
